Somatic Coaching · BJJ · Embodied Living
A coaching practice focused on generating possibilities and new pathways for what matters to you — working through the body, not just the mind.
I'm a somatic coach and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu purple belt based in Singapore. My work sits at the intersection of body awareness, nervous system regulation, and the kind of honest self-inquiry that happens when you're under pressure on the mat.
After years of training, teaching, and sitting with people in hard conversations, I've come to believe that the body doesn't lie — and that real change begins when we stop treating it as an afterthought.
I work with individuals who are curious, honest, and ready to move beyond talking about change to actually feeling it.

You're ready to move forward or make a mid-career switch, but find yourself stuck — unable to gain clarity on the right course of action.
As an organisational leader, SME owner, or team lead, you understand that leading better brings more powerful outcomes — but you're unsure how to take that step.
Your goal could be becoming a better father, feeling less nervous in public speaking, or having more powerful conversations with loved ones — and you notice you're not making progress.

What people say
"I took several coaching sessions with Isaac Teo on emotional intelligence from November 2021 to January 2022. I found him an amazing coach. He helped me bring my most authentic self in the coaching sessions, deepen my self-awareness, build my self-confidence and cope with the mounting workplace pressure. His thoughtful observations helped me increase my self-awareness and I now discover myself every day and make each interaction in my personal and professional life both meaningful and engaging. Isaac is unique in his coaching style and highly adaptive, supportive and encouraging."— S.S. Sadaat, NGO staff based in Afghanistan
"My coaching sessions with Isaac have been very insightful. He asked the right (and sometimes challenging) questions that dug deeper into the "whys" and the emotions that came with them. He made me question my doubts, reframed the stories I told myself and guided me towards being my authentic self, and especially applying to leadership style at work. A very personable and encouraging coach, I felt at ease sharing my thoughts and emotions throughout the sessions. There were a few ah-ha moments and valuable observations that made me more self-aware and evolved my approach at work and life. Definitely a coach to recommend!"— Peiling L., Senior Marketing Manager in the Sporting Goods Industry
